Hello my name is Joe. I am 4, I live in Surrey and I'm on a journey!
I have Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy and use my Kaye Walker and Wheelchair to get around. I find getting around extra hard and even though I try my best I get upset that I can't be like my little sister and my friends.
My family and I are trying to raise enough money by September to go to the USA so I can have an operation called SDR for short. This operation will stop my pain and could see me take my first unaided steps.
